Dr. Kristyna Lee, MD, MPH, FAAD, FACMS, is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who specializes in skin cancer treatment, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care and takes the time to ensure each patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment plan.

Dr. Lee focuses on achieving the highest cure rates for skin cancer while preserving both function and cosmetic appearance. She understands that a skin cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming and strives to guide patients through the process with compassion and clarity.
In addition to her surgical expertise, Dr. Lee offers a full range of minimally invasive cosmetic treatments, emphasizing natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique features.
Dr. Lee serves as Surgical Director of the ACGME-accredited Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at our Morristown location and has actively trained dermatology residents and fellows nationwide since 2014. She is also Section Chief of Dermatology at Morristown Medical Center, where her department provides comprehensive care to a large and diverse patient population.
Recognized as a Top Doctor by NJ Top Docs every year from 2019 – 2025, Dr. Lee was also among the first physicians to become board-certified in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Lee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (ABD), a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), and a Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS).
In her spare time, Dr. Lee enjoys traveling and spending meaningful time with her husband and two daughters. A true foodie at heart, she loves exploring new restaurants and culinary experiences, staying active through Pilates, and listening to a great audiobook.
